２、系统字库缓存数据是否被损坏；
３、软件字库缓存数据是否被损坏；
４、字库本身是否有问题，比如字库数据被损坏、字库有错误或兼容性不好；
５、如果使用了第三方字库管理软件，是否该管理软件在控制字库方面出现了问题；
