A big problem with PDF is correlation on strucure and MSAA: if, maybe, i use Indesign for layout, using paragraph styles correctly but with personalized names (like Titolo Principale for headings 1, etc), assistive tecnology dont work: i press Ins+F6 in Jaws and Jaws claim no headers exist. Is necessary work on role map (i have do a sample on my blog, here: sorry in italian).
Maybe exist a correlation map, an automatic mapping from Indesign and Acrobat gor a role mapping automated, or maybe semi-automated? Or a sort of xslt for mapping? Work in role map in Acrobat is hard and error-prone.
