Reading Accessible PDFs on iOS and Android

There are new versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader for Android and iOS and included are improvements for accessibility. More information is available in the Adobe Document Cloud blog post: Adobe Improves Support for Accessible PDF Documents on Mobile Devices.

To try the improvements out yourself, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for Android or Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS on your mobile device today.

Updates on PDF Accessibility from Document Cloud

Interested in PDF accessibility? Rob Haverty, Senior Product Manager for Document Cloud Accessibility, writes about recently released updates for accessibility in Acrobat DC on the Document Cloud team blog, including tag panel improvements, improving the Create PDF feature in Word on the Mac to create well-tagged PDFs, adding a Preflight tool to check against the PDF/UA standard (ISO 14289-1:2014), and more.
