The Latest Release of Buzzword – Check It Out!

The Buzzword team is excited about our latest release. There are some terrific new features that many of you have requested – seeing the differences between versions of a document, justified text, and the ability to export to EPUB, for eBook publishing to devices like the iPhone with Stanza, Sony Reader and Adobe Digital Editions! And for our Macintosh users, there’s support for Safari 4 (beta.) Read more about this release via a Buzzword Open Access document. There’s no need to sign in to Buzzword (or even to have an account, for that matter) to read the document. So, feel free to pass the link along to colleagues and friends.


The latest release includes:

- Diffs – comparing two versions of a document to see what’s changed
- Justified text – spreading the word(s)
- EPUB export – for publishing to eBook readers
- Safari 4 (beta) support

    This is all great.

    You should make an iPhone app or iphone mobile safari compatible site. It’s awful not being able to access my buzzword docs on my iPhone.

    Justified text is a great addition. Does it support hyphenation and if not, pretty please someday?

    Is there an Education Edition coming soon? This would be a PERFECT tool for my students to work easily at home and at school, but we would need to be able to set up & manage student accounts – without requiring students to have an e-mail address.
