A week or so ago, the Acrobat User Community hosted an eSeminar on creating forms in Acrobat and FormsCentral. If you’ve been curious about the differences, or if you just want to see the features of both great forms services laid out side by side, go forth and watch the recording of the eSeminar! It lasts about an hour (a little less, really) and is packed with good information.
And, may I add, if you should have questions about what you see in the FormsCentral portion of the program, you can take part in tomorrow’s Twitterview! Have you tweeted your question yet? If not, it’s not too late: tweet a question with the hashtag #acroview and we’ll answer it tomorrow at 10AM (Pacific time) on the Acrobat handle (@Acrobat).
Do you have questions about FormsCentral that you’d like to have answered in real time? Do you also want to win a Plus subscription to the service? Well, you’re in luck! On Tuesday, March 1, at 10 AM (Pacific time), Acrobat.com’s Product Marketing Manager Todd Gerber and I (Rebecca Staley, your friendly local Acrobat.com Community Manager) will be hosting a Twitterview on FormsCentral! For those of you who aren’t familiar with the term, here’s how a Twitterview works:
Simple, right? And – jackpot – we’ll be choosing one lucky question-tweeter for a Plus subscription to the stellar new service. So get tweeting, everyone! Remember to use #Acroview and to look for answers from @Acrobat (not the Acrobat.com Twitter handle – which, by the way, is @Acrobatdotcom).

What with all the jubilation over Adobe FormsCentral (the simply amazing form-building-and-distributing service that we rolled out recently) we almost forgot to remind you all to check out the new look of Acrobat.com. We’re sure you’ve noticed that there’s a sleek new interface in Adobe cloud town; so it might be too late for us to give you any news about the redesign. …Oh, but what the heck—we’ll dive in and take a look anyway. Major changes to the Acrobat.com family’s wardrobe—those based on your feedback, in fact—are mentioned here; for the details, why not head over and check it out for yourself!

Acrobat.com's new design
You asked; we’ve answered—and now you can keep asking for answers using Adobe FormsCentral, the new cloud-based form creation, distribution and collection service from Adobe. With its sleek interface, intuitive tool kit, and in-line data collection mechanism, creating forms and collecting answers has never (never!) been easier. Below, we’re skimming over a few of the highlights of FormsCentral; stay tuned over the next few weeks for some deeper dives into the product’s features.
The Complex Litigator, the popular legal blog, has just published a wonderful post on using SendNow to move massive files back and forth; H. Scott readily admits to having “wanted to see if I could make [SendNow] choke” on files of over 100MB. We’re glad to tell you that he was thwarted, and that the files “were received without a hitch”.
