Sneak Preview of Adobe Reader 8.1.1 on Linux and Sparc Solaris

Here’s a sneak preview of the brand new look of the soon-to-be-released Adobe Reader 8.1.1 on Linux and Sparc Solaris. The user interface is more sleek and intuitive, and is reorganized to make it easier to use. There is more real page view space, and what’s more, this release is coming packed with a variety of new features, including Shared Reviews and much more (stay tuned to this space for more on this). Get ready to see a much faster launch time and overall improved performance in this release!

Launching the Blog for Adobe Reader on Unix

It’s time to get the ball rolling for the much awaited blog for Adobe Reader on Unix platforms (including Linux and Solaris). The purpose of this blog is to provide a platform for developers and the users of the product to share ideas, experiences and feedback about the product for the benefit of everyone.
