Scripted Testing added to Device Central CS4

The help for Adobe Device Central CS4 has been posted to the web, and we would like to tell you about a great new feature: scripted testing. You can record test scripts and run the test scripts on multiple devices. Also, you can include taking snapshots as part of the test script. Snapshot logs can be saved as Adobe® PDF or HTML for presentation purposes. For more information, see Using scripts to automate testing and Adobe Device Central Scripted Testing API Reference.

LiveCycle DS and 3rd party application webinar

This webinar will show off LiveCycle Data Services working inside a visualization/dashboard creation application from Business Objects/SAP.

Learn how Business Objects Xcelsius 2008 & Adobe’s LiveCycle Data Services (LCDS) integration unites real-time business events and data by harnessing the real-time messaging capability of LCDS to create event-driven, real-time dashboards and widgets. By leveraging Adobe’s LCDS functionality and infusing real-time business events and data with Business Object’s Xcelsius, it is now possible to create low latency, highly scalable, and data consistent dashboards and widgets capable of supporting operational decision scenarios such as monitoring of critical supply chain exceptions via desktop widgets or displaying real-time call center performance metrics on control center LCD panels.

Three things attendees will learn:

1. What is Xcelsius and what is the Xcelsius Connector for LCDS; what’s the value and how does it work
2. What is LCDS, and how does it work
