We are very proud to announce that Adobe Connect has been named a Leader, and top-ranked vendor for “current offering”, in ”The Forrester Wave™: Webconferencing, Q3 2013” . In the September, 2013 report, Forrester Research, Inc. identifies the 11 most significant web conferencing products in the market, and evaluates each across an extensive list of criteria including current offering, strategy, and market presence.
Forrester notes that “Adobe Connect is the most comprehensive solution for webinars and training,” and that “Adobe has the most feature-packed product in this evaluation. It has the most presenter controls, admin and management features, and customization and branding options”.
This recognition is especially exciting for us, as we have been keenly focused over the past several years on delivering end-to-end web conferencing solutions that help our customers power their mission-critical business processes, especially in the areas of webinars, training and collaboration.
We understand that across all of these solution areas, delivering an outstanding in-meeting experience is only part of the solution. For example, to drive effective webinar programs, the ability to effectively promote those events to drive attendance, and then measure KPIs to maximize ROI, is critical. An effective eLearning program requires the ability to quickly author content, organize it into curricula, deliver it in live and on-demand formats across any device, and track results.
