Hi Todd, thanks this is a nice list for end users!
Maybe this issue can be corrected: Shipping and delivery FAQ list, has an link to an internal KB document witch is not public available. Under I want to track my order, the link see AVL check order and return status in LWS, (1001234). (http://cps-internal.corp.adobe.com/cps/100/1001234.html)
Thanks!
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your feedback. The fix has been made and the document has been republished with this fix.
Thanks,
Bing
Now it would be easy for Adobe users like me to get customer service help directly from the website. Good job!
