Lisa Niday has been involved in the publishing industry for the past 30 years, holding positions in sales, art direction, sales management, and publishing in the newspaper, magazine, and design industries. She has been a consultant, trainer, and instructor in desktop publishing, prepress, and design at corporations, resellers, and colleges. For the past 13 years Lisa has excelled here at Adobe Systems in diverse positions, including application engineer (solutions consultant), technical resources manager and business development manager. Prior to joining Adobe, Lisa owned and operated a design firm for 12 years. She is an Adobe certified expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat. She currently works with public sector customers, where she happily helps them realize how Adobe software will help their agencies be more productive.

Lisa Watkins joins Adobe after working as a government contractor for several agencies and their partners for over a decade – but she’s also an art school alumni with a background in the music and entertainment industries, as well as in high-tech. Her diverse background includes training/elearning, management, marketing, business development, video production, writing, editing, design (print/Web), Web development, sales, promotions/events, and presentations. In the government space, she’s worked on projects ranging from law enforcement to mental health resources and forensic toxicology. If she hasn’t done it, she probably knows someone who does!
For the past 3 years, Scott has served as a Solutions Consultant for the Adobe Connect and Presenter/Captivate products, selling to State and Local Government agencies. Prior to joining Adobe, Scott excelled in multiple progressive roles, including Training Director, at innovative Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning companies.
Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in communications at Northern Arizona University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
As Head of Healthcare Solutions at Adobe Systems, Michael is responsible for global marketing and development strategies, including go-to-market and life cycle planning, for a portfolio of Customer Experience Solutions for health payers, providers, and government agencies.
In his role, Michael leverages an extensive background in Managed Care and health economics to quantify and prioritize market development opportunities, and evangelize the evolution of patient-centric architectures throughout the healthcare ecosystem.
Michael brings over 15 years of healthcare experience in progressive roles at IT, biotech, and medical device companies, and a history of leveraging technology to help enterprises achieve measurable results. Prior to joining Adobe, he served as director of marketing and business development at MicroProbes for Life Science where he oversaw product commercialization and global distribution channels for implantable medical devices. Before MicroProbes, Michael was a marketing lead for Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc., where he played an integral role in launching the company’s first hospital and oncology brands. As an adjunct professor, he has taught business and technology courses and served on the advisory board at Baltimore City Community College.
Michael earned an MBA as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Baltimore. He is also a veteran of the US Coast Guard, where he proudly served as a Petty Officer.
Kevin Schmidt is a Solution Consultant for business development in the Public Sector focusing on Adobe’s enterprise software stacking including LiveCycle, CQ and Omniture. Kevin has a development background spanning many years and many Adobe technologies, including ColdFusion, Flash, Flex and AIR.
Jerry Silverman is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Adobe Systems. With over a decade of experience producing applications and videos for a diverse body of corporate, broadcast, retail, e-learning and sales training companies, Jerry is currently an evangelist and instructor of Adobe’s desktop creative tools, sharing his expertise and passion for technology with knowledge workers and educators across North America. He is a frequent presenter at Adobe customer events and industry conferences, offering demonstrations and tutorials to designers, developers, IT managers, and professional trainers and coaches.
