What do you want to be when you grow up and how do you get there?

I’m sure this questions brings back “fond” childhood memories. I recall wanting to be a veterinarian, a teacher, and at one point a hair stylist—far from what I’m doing today. Truth be told, I do ask myself that question from time to time but from a different perspective. I think about the best ways to keep abreast of the latest developments in my field; how I can contribute to my profession and be a thought leader; and what are the right moves to push me further along in my career here at Adobe. I came across this video created by our Learning organization and thought that it would be a shame not to share it. We could all take something out of this piece. Talk to your manager about what you want out of your career and get the necessary support to get you there.

We’d love to hear how you’re managing your career. Comment away!
