Adobe & The Bottom of the 9th

August 2, 2012

During the summer, Adobe provides its interns with a budget and the freedom to plan and host a variety of social events.  These events enable interns to get to know one another better and to get a better feel for the breadth of roles available at Adobe.  The Adobe San Jose and San Francisco interns decided a barbecue and a ball game would be the perfect activity for one of these events.  The two groups met up at the luxury apartments where San Francisco interns have the opportunity to live.  While relaxing before the game, everyone in attendance had a chance to network, eat, and most of all have a good time.

Once the game started the interns were in for a real treat!  The San Francisco Giants immediately jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first, only to have the San Diego Padres tie things up in the next inning.  The next score did not come until the bottom of the ninth, when Shortstop Brandon Crawford hit a walk-off single to center, winning the game for the home team!  After cheering themselves hoarse it was time to leave AT&T Park and prepare for another exciting day at Adobe.
