An Outstanding Place to Work

March 5, 2014

Congratulations Adobe UK! For the 3rd consecutive year, The Sunday Times has awarded Adobe a prestigious place on its “100 Best Companies to Work For” list.

This year, 897 businesses took part from a wide range of sectors before The Sunday Times narrowed down the top 100 winners—with Adobe coming in at 63!

The “Best Companies” accreditation is based on direct employee feedback, with the top 100 companies sharing qualities of forward-looking leaders investing in the well-being of their employees.

Quoting The Sunday Times: “Virtually every magazine, digital publication, film, advert and mobile app has, at some stage, been created or refined by Adobe technology. Founded in 1982 by desktop publishing pioneers Charles Geschke and John Warnock, Adobe Systems has become a ubiquitous part of our digital world thanks to its ground-breaking products such as Photoshop, Flash Player and Acrobat Reader. Employees feel they can make a valuable contribution to the success of the firm, and give it an 85% positive score. They also think the experience they gain is valuable for the future and they are excited about where the organisation is going.”

A huge thank you to all of our employees for all they do every day. In addition to The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For recognition, Adobe also ranked on other “best company” lists across the globe. These accolades include listings on the 2014 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list, Romania’s Best IT Companies to Work For by Hewitt, Bay Area Top 95 Workplace by the Bay Area News Group, Australia’s Top 50 Best Places to Work by BRW Magazine, Germany’s Best Employers List by the Great Places To Work Institute, and India’s Ideal Employers List for Engineering and IT University Students by Universum.
