It was another beautiful day at AT&T Park as fans filled the stands. As the honorary first pitch was thrown, a large group of Adobe interns found their seats beneath the Adobe sponsorship sign in center field, ready to take in a sunny afternoon game with their new friends and co-workers…
As many of this year’s interns across the US are approaching the home stretch of their time at Adobe, the University Team thought a nice day at the ballpark would go the distance. Interns from the San Jose, San Francisco, Seattle, and Lehi offices had the opportunity to take in a ballgame in recent weeks.
Take a look at what some of the interns had to say about their experience.
Danielle M., an intern working in San Francisco enjoyed the Giants game with other San Francisco and San Jose interns. She commented, “Growing up in the Bay Area I’ve always been a huge Giants fan, so being able to cheer on the team and experience the game with fellow Adobe interns was a blast. It was definitely my favorite intern social event thus far!”
Sarah B., an intern in the Lehi Office, spoke about the 18-2 Bees’ loss that she and her fellow interns attended in Salt Lake City. “Although we lost a little Utah pride from the Bees’ performance,” she remarked, “the night was a success as we got to know each other better and bond over good food, great internships, and our attempts to catch foul balls.”
While the Giants, Mariners, and Bees put up losing efforts in each game, the interns didn’t seem to mind too much. In their eyes, Adobe pitched another gem as each intern outing at the park was just another successful day in the wonderful Adobe summer experience. Sarah said it best: “Thanks for taking us out to the ball game, Adobe!”
