Adobe Germany is a Great Place to Work!

From Asia, to the United States, the United Kingdom and now on to Germany, we’re pleased to share that Adobe placed No. 10 in the nationwide survey of Germany’s Best Employers for 2015 by the Great Place to Work Institute. As a top company among organisations with 50 to 100 employees, we were honored for our attractive working conditions, a strong employee-oriented leadership style, team spirit, trust, pride, collaboration and fairness. This award is extremely meaningful as two-thirds of our ranking is determined by the results of an employee survey.

What’s particularly noteworthy is that our newly launched leadership program, called Leading@Adobe, received special recognition. The Leading@Adobe program was created for all employees, at all levels of the organisation, to empower them to take the lead in their respective roles.

“We will do everything possible to continue to make Adobe a place for a rewarding career,” said Michael Jamrosy, managing director of Adobe Germany.

We are always interested in exceptional talent. Check our careers page for career opportunities.
