Today, the Great Place to Work Institute announced its annual Best Places to Work list in Australia and we’re thrilled to have been honored with a top-10 spot on the list. This is a significant jump from last year’s ranking of 14th and 37th place in 2013 !
The list recognizes and rewards the most outstanding workplaces in Australia based on five key dimensions: credibility, camaraderie, respect, fairness and pride. Adobe was recognized as an organization that focuses on creating and sustaining high-trust, high-integrity, and high-performing cultures for our employees across Australia. Ranking on this prestigious list is a result of anonymous employee surveys conducted at companies throughout the country.
