Adobe Japan a Great Place to Work

February 14, 2017

We are proud to announce that our Adobe Japan office has officially ranked as a 2017 “Great Place to Work”, coming in at the 15th spot! As this is Adobe Japan’s first time on the list, we are thrilled to be recognized and we plan to continue being part of it for years to come—reaching for even greater heights.

GPTW shares country specific ranking lists annually in 50 different countries, with 7,000 companies participating and 5 million employees responding to the survey globally. This year, the top 44 companies in our category (100-999 employees) are being published by GPTW and Nikkei Business.

Of the 77% of our employees that participated in the survey, 84% of them believe that ASJ is a “Great Place to Work.” To determine ranking, GPTW evaluates employee survey results based on five dimensions of trust (credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie) to gauge employee engagement with their peers, managers, senior leaders and the company overall. GPTW also considers the company’s benefit offerings and workplace environment as part of the evaluation process.

Because we believe that people are our biggest asset at Adobe and that their voice is incredibly important, we want to thank all our employees who left us feedback. We are already in the process of turning their feedback into action so that we can become a top 10 best place to work next year!

Come see for yourself what makes Adobe a great place to work and apply today.
