Eager to engage with enthusiastic youth, Adobe again seized the opportunity to participate in the Hamburg Talent Day for Media & IT, an annual career event designed to introduce youths to careers in the IT and media industry. Preparing the Hearing-Impaired for Careers in IT

Finding a job these days is no small task.  But hearing impaired job-hunters have an even greater challenge, and that’s where Adobe Noida employees stepped in. The Noida Deaf Society (NDS), one of Adobe’s grantees, has been working towards enabling mainstream career opportunities for hearing impaired youth in the region.  Their efforts have helped change industry perspective on employing hearing impaired youth. KaBOOM! 2012: Every Child Deserves A Playground

For the past five years, Adobe has partnered with SAP and KaBOOM! to build playgrounds in the Bay Area. Community Action Month: A Success!

Over 1,100 employees all over the globe donated their time and resources to various nonprofits during Adobe’s Community Action Month in April and May, making a big impact in the communities in which we live and work. Not only did we meet and exceed our goal to increase hours by 10 percent, we also increased the number of projects by more than 60 percent. Walking the Talk

Around the world, distance running events symbolize communy spirit and serve as wonderful opportunities for us to do our bit for a social cause. Charity Golf Tournament

This month’s charity golf tournament gave Adobe employees a chance to showcase their golf expertise while raising money for a charitable cause. Giving youth a voice

Adobe Youth Voices (AYV) was launched in June 2006 to empower youths in underserved communities to communicate their ideas, exhibit their potential, and take action in their communities using cutting-edge multimedia tools. Today, AYV has touched more than 150,000 youth and 8,200 educators in schools and out-of-school programs in 50 countries. Adobe Refuels Students During Exam Week

It’s a stressful time at many universities this week as students take their final exams. To show our support, Adobe’s Refueling Station hit the roads and made its way to UC Berkeley and Stanford. Adobe Celebrates White Cane Safety Day in China

Adobe has been committed to supporting physically disabled people in Beijing through social activities. Since 2007, Adobe has sponsored “China vocational skill contest for disabled people” and provides volunteer service during the contest. October 15 was the “White Cane Safety Day”, a date to celebrate achievements of blind and visually challenged people. It’s a day to encourage their independence and for society to show their support.
