A post-graduate in industrial design from the Industrial Design Center at IIT Bombay, Prabhat has been involved in the design of over 40 products for a variety of markets. He has designed a humble chili holder for Indian dining tables to a technically complex electric scooter for Indian youths. His fundamental … Read more >

Many make day-long pilgrimages with their family and friends to celebrate spring’s arrival. At Adobe Japan, we embrace this culture in a unique way. This year, Adobe Japan’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Action Committee chose to create a Hanami event. Titled “The Sakura Project,” replica cherry blossom trees were placed around the office and employees purchased pink ribbons, at 500 Japanese Yen … Read more >

Festival of Colours

Image contributed by Scummy Holi-hai! Holi-hai! could be heard throughout India last week. “Holi-hai” means let’s celebrate Holi, a festival that commemorates the divine love between Lord Krishna and Radha. Holi draws its religious importance from the roots of Vaishnavism; the burning of Holika and Lord Vishnu emerging as a savior to humanity. This festival is usually celebrated with bonfires and practically everyone throwing coloured powder at each other. At Adobe India, employees took the opportunity to participate in various activities throughout the week, which included sketching, rangoli decorating and … Read more >

Welcoming the Year of the Snake

On behalf of all Adobe employees in China, we wish all our readers a healthy, happy and prosperous Chinese New Year! We wanted to share some photos from our early Lunar New Year celebration and official party to commemorate Adobe’s 30th anniversary. We enjoyed a “Gangnam Style” dance performance led by the head of Adobe’s China R&D center, Mr. Ning-Ju Nan, and it was amazing to see the many talented musicians and singers we have in our Beijing office. Adobe’s very own rock band composed and performed a special song … Read more >
