CoderDojo in Adobe Romania

CoderDojo is a global initiative geared towards offering free programming learning opportunities to young people. Since its formation in 2011, CoderDojo now consists of an expanding network of programming clubs for kids in 22 countries with more than 100,000 participants. Adobe recently launched the second CoderDojo club to be established in Romania, providing participants with a venue for monthly club meets. Winter Trip to the Most Legendary Place in the Alps

Living the slogan “work hard, play hard,” our leadership team sponsored the first 2013 team-building outing for Adobe’s Munich, Germany, office. All Munich employees were treated to a day out in the snow at Kitzbühel, Austria–the most legendary city of sports in Tyrol-in celebration of a fantastic FY12. More than 80 team members participated in our very own Adobe race that brought us through some breathtaking terrain. But don’t take our word for it, check out the pictures below. Priceless memories!

Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators

Eager to engage with enthusiastic youth, Adobe again seized the opportunity to participate in the Hamburg Talent Day for Media & IT, an annual career event designed to introduce youths to careers in the IT and media industry. Tech-savvy high school student makes his mark at Adobe

Non-techies, take note: the International Olympiad in Informatics–one of the world’s largest computer science competitions–was held in Italy at the end of September.  The Romanian team returned with four medals: three gold and one bronze.
