Adobe Halloween Horror
Happy Halloween from all of us at Adobe! Across our offices in the United States, we reined in the ghoulish holiday by transforming our offices into a Trick-Or-Treaters paradise and Spooky Alleys for employees and their families. For one, Adobe’s annual Halloween bash in Utah, which was themed “Halloween Horror Hurrah,” was an unforgettable event last night that included a massive construction with themes such as “Lord of the Rings,” “Peter Pan,” “Hunger Games,” and “Disney Characters.” This marks our last Halloween party in the Orem office as we move … Read more

The Adobe Moms group got its start four years ago when mom Emily S., a Senior Analyst, returned from maternity leave and was stopped by another mother in the elevator. “We realized what we needed was a way to meet other moms,” Emily says. “I got back to my desk and a couple days later, … Read more

I raised $5,800 and … Read more

In honor of Father’s Day, our employees share favorite memories, best advice, and give shout-outs to their dads. Here’s what they say: “Cheers to the two headed monster shirt trick mum loved. Cheers to weekends of James Bond movie marathons and teaching me how to ski down a double black diamond. Cheers to all the ballet recitals and competitions you sat through for 18 years, and all the times you helped out back stage. Cheers to cheering louder than all the other dads when I walked across the stage graduating from … Read more
Happy 25th, Adobe Illustrator!
Adobe’s first software product is as relevant today as it was when it first launched. When Adobe Illustrator shipped on March 19, 1987, it was the first software application for a young company (we were five years old) that had, until then, focused solely on Adobe PostScript. The new product not only altered Adobe’s course dramatically, it changed drawing and line art forever. Adobe Co-Founder John Warnock first conceived of Illustrator as a PostScript drawing tool. He saw parallels between what his wife Marva (a graphic artist) created with pen … Read more
