The Adobe Reader Team would like to know what all of you want most in the next versions of Adobe Reader. Faster? Smaller? Easier to use? Feature additions? OK the way it is?
Please complete the following survey to contribute to the future of Adobe Reader:

Please ask your friends and colleagues to take the survey too.

I use PDFs all the time, either as a designer to send files out, or to use them for forms etc.
I also view a lot of PDFs that arrive. It would be great if the Adobe team would make the reader a much lighter program. There is no reason that the PDF should take a while to load while I wait for it to open. Yes, I have a fast computer so it is not too much of a drag, but do I do with my older PC laptop that I still use. Why can't it open instantly like in the mac?
If you do nothing but this, it would a big, no strike that, huge improvement.
What "Heavy user" asks seems most related to launch and file open time. Performance is something we have worked on quite a bit. Reader 9 is faster than 8 and much faster than 7. Note that the size of Reader is not necessarily related to speed -- things can be both bigger and faster at the same time.
