Adobe Reader and Acrobat Prerelease Program

Q

If you are an Enterprise customer with a number of forms and processes that are dependant on Reader or Acrobat then you should be part of the Adobe Reader and Acrobat Prerelease Program.

By filling in this simple form you can express your interest in participating in the Adobe® Acrobat® and Reader® Prerelease Program. The goal of a prerelease program at Adobe is to solicit early feedback on new features and learn about possible bugs so that we can produce a product that meets the needs of our customers.

Participation is based on the requirements of the program and the credentials of those who sign up to participate.

Submit your LiveCycle Applications to the 2010 MAX Awards

Q

The Adobe MAX Awards is a global awards program that recognizes the best uses of Adobe software for creating expressive applications that enable people to engage with ideas and information anytime, anywhere and on any device. The contest is open until August 13, 2010.

–   Quality of end-user experience
–   Monetization of application/success at increasing revenue and profitability
–   Breadth of Adobe solutions used to develop the application
–   Reach of application, in terms of audience and availability across devices

Acrobat.com Workspaces

,,

Adobe has introduced Acrobat.com Workspaces (not to be confused with LiveCycle Workspace), a new collaboration space that lets teams inside and outside of organizations work together on projects. With Workspaces, team members can store and organize project content online, and easily share and manage team access to files – eliminating the need to continually e-mail updates.

Teams can create Shared Workspaces to store and share a set of files related to a project, letting distributed team members work together across times zones and firewalls, with no special file sharing software or IT involvement necessary.

More information on Acrobat.com Workspaces can be found on the Acrobat.com home page.
