The latest update for Audition CC 2015 now available!

It’s my pleasure to announce that the latest release of Adobe Audition CC 2015 is now available for download!  I shared a sneak peek online in September, and in person at IBC, and today I’m happy to make it available to all Creative Cloud members.  Whether you’ll be using Remix to craft custom re-arrangements from your music library, downloading or developing integrated Creative Cloud Extension panels, synthesizing scratch voiceovers using Generate Speech, or using our updated Loudness tools to ensure broadcast regulation compatibility, this update is built to delight you.  Workspace bar and increased UI performance with large multitrack sessions round out the new improvements by helping you work faster than ever before.

Create Now and Creative Cloud for Teams

Adobe held a fantastically successful Create Now event yesterday showing how artists and production professional are using Creative Cloud to bring their work to the next level. Thousands of people from all around the world took part. Our own Jason Levine, worldwide Adobe evangelist, audio pro, musician – and a veteran from the old days when Audition was still called Cool Edit Pro – is one of the presenters.

If you missed the live broadcast, you can still watch Create Now on Adobe TV.

Yesterday also saw the announcement of Creative Cloud for Teams – a better way of working together.

Audition/Soundbooth Session at MAX 2009

MAX 2009, Adobe’s largest designer and developer event is right around the corner. Coming quick on October 4-7, 2009, it will be located in Los Angeles this year. MAX tends to be jam-packed with Flash developers, motion graphics artists, and videographers, so not your typical audio event. However, we are going to have one audio session, and are working hard on what to focus on. Our comrade in audio, Jason Levine, will be the presenter for a 60 minute session dedicated to Soundbooth CS4 and Audition 3.

Jason will kick-off the session with creating sound in Soundbooth CS4, and then go on to developing more advanced skills with Audition 3. He’ll help folks figure out I whether Soundbooth or Audition is best for them and focus on some key techniques to make audio engineering easier. Should be an interesting event with a lot of visually creative professionals looking to design audio for their projects.
