Acrobat Review and Commenting - Tip & Trick

Here is a question I get alot.  How come the comments on a documents scroll when you scroll the document?  It usually comes as a complaint versus a question.  It is okay, I have thick skin.  The good news is it is actually just a preference.  Go to Edit-Preferences-Commenting.  It is the first selection under Preferences.  Uncheck the “Ensure that pop-ups are visible as the document is scrolled”.

Here is a screen shot that shows the preference.

I would also recommend spending some time in Preferences.  You can definitely find some hidden gems.

Last but not least, I know that there has been some time between posts.  I will become more active in the coming weeks.

Have fun,

Jonathan
