Tip #1: How do I print the pdf with the comments?

Sounds simple enough, but on a regular basis I get this question.  When you go to File - Print on the right hand side of the dialogue box is a drop down under "Comments and Forms".  Drop this box down and choose "Documents and Markups" as shown below.

Note:  If you choose "document and markups" it will also print the stamps that have been applied to the document.  If you choose "document and stamps" it will only print the stamps.

Tip #2:  How do I always print pop-ups and notes associated with the comments?

This one is a little more difficult in that it is a setting in your preferences.  The default is that it will only print the markup and not the comments and notes associated to it.  To turn on the default to print both, then go to your Edit-Preferences-Commenting.  Then select the box "print notes and pop-ups" as shown below.

Tip #3:  How do you print a summary of the comments and change the format options?

Typically when a user goes to print a document with markups they are looking for different options in being able to accomplish this.  Some are looking to mirror what they are able to do in other applications and others just want the comments and the document to print on the same page.  To select between different options, the easiest way is to navigate to your comments icon on the bottom left of your screen.  Once you open the comments view then you have an option to "Print Comments" as shown below.

This will bring up the following screen in which you can choose different ways in which you wish to print the comments to fit your specific needs. 

Note:  You can also access this screen by choosing File - Print and the clicking on "Summarize Comments" at the bottom of the screen.

In most case users are looking for the second option that allows you to print both the document and comments with connector lines on the same page.  Typically users only go to the File - Print screen and do not click on the summarize comments button or start from the comments navigation panel.

I hope this helps you get started in printing your comments associated to the pdf.  Typically when I get asked a question on printing comments, it is answered by one of the three tips above.
