Great demo! The new release of AIR is going to kick some serious ass and resolve the numerous complaints about AIR and why it wasn't fit to be deployed as the desktop technology of choice.
With the new additions, i think more and more developers will start adopting it, especially with the ability to interface with native applications.

When multi-touch on Linux is widely supported, we will certainly look at supporting it, as well. Same with OS X. Hopefully soon...
