Storyboard Template for Adobe Captivate 5 Assessment/Quiz

Adobe Captivate 5 makes it really easy to add assessment to your courses. All you need to do is set your quiz preferences and then add as many questions as you want in one go and the question slides are instantly added to your Captivate project.

Post that you need to replace the placeholder question text with the actual questions and it’s very helpful if you have your questions written, reviewed and finalized in a storyboard format before you get on to creating the quiz.

Here’s a storyboard template customized for creating assessments with Adobe Captivate 5. Use it if you like! 🙂

The template link on this blog post does not work. it goes to a page to buy PDF conversion software. Is the quiz template still available?
