Quiz Scope?? what’s that?

It’s always interesting to see how people use question slides, sometimes amongst the content slides as knowledge check questions, sometimes as pre-test and sometimes to validate the learning through a post-test. In any of these scenarios, especially while using the question slides as knowledge check, we hit upon something known as Quiz Scope. What’s that by the way? We all know about it but may not be familiar with the exact terminology ‘Quiz Scope’.

Let the image dance for your tunes… Image Slideshows with audio using Adobe Captivate 5.5

One of my favorite feature in Audio Editing dialog is, starting the next slide at a specific location at the audio waveform… just have to click ‘Select next slide at the cursor position’ button or simply press Ctrl+S or Cmd+S. Are you wondering what’s the fun? The fun begins when you want to play the pictures of an Image Slideshow according to the beats of an audio. What am I talking about? Watch the video below and see how the images change according to the music.

Photography is one of my hobbies and I’m sure it’s the same with some of you reading this post. When I thought of creating some content in HTML5 for my iPad, the first thing that crossed my mind was Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3. I not only appreciate it but have also seen a lot of my photographer friends use it. So, here I go with my venture to create tutorials on basics of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3… :)

Creating Spry Menus in Adobe Captivate 5.5 Courses

When we are working on a large course with many topics and sub-topics, it’s a good idea to include all the topics along with sub-topics on the menu page. But this can result into a content heavy screen and doesn’t give a neat look. In such a scenario we can add Spry Menu functionality on the menu page, where when you hover over the topic, the sub-topics appear and become accessible. Here’s an example screen with a Spry Menu. Hover over Menu A to see the hidden submenus.
