Resolved CSO – DATE (3 JAN 2017) – Some customers unable to access webapp and meetings on APAC cluster
22:10 MST – Some customers are reporting they cannot access their Connect webapp URLs and login to their Connect meetings on APAC cluster. We are currently working with our Operations team to resolve the issue. This issue is intermittent and is only affecting some customers that have their account hosted on our APAC cluster. 23:00 MST – Operations team continue to investigate the issues and trying to restore the service back to normal.
23:44 MST – All services have been restored. Webapp and Meetings appeared to function normally !
