In his keynote, “The Customer-Driven Enterprise: Changing Enterprise Software, One User at a Time,” Rob talked about how enterprise software today is failing to deliver engaging customer experiences. He described a new class of enterprise applications driven by customer needs and expectations and showed several customer demos including Impuls, Generali, DirectGouv, and the French Railways to demonstrate this point.
