In the last few days, Gartner, Inc. published its 2013 “Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management” research report. We’re pleased to announce that Adobe was positioned as a Leader. Earlier today, Forrester Research, Inc. published “The Forrester Wave™: Web Content Management For Digital Customer Experience, Q2 2013” report. Adobe was among the select companies Forrester invited to participate in the independent report, which evaluated 10 Web content management (WCM) products across 100 comprehensive criteria such as vendors’ current offering, strategy and market presence. Adobe CQ, part of Adobe Experience Manager within Adobe Marketing Cloud, was recognized as the Leader in the report. Adobe Expands Enterprise Software Portfolio with Web Content Management- Acquires Day Software

adobe-dayToday Adobe announced that we have signed a definitive agreement to launch a public tender offer to acquire all of the publicly held registered shares of Day Software, a market leader in next-generation Web Content Management (WCM), based in Basel, Switzerland.

This acquisition represents a significant market opportunity for Adobe to help organizations transform themselves by enabling them to create, manage, distribute and monetize content while optimizing the web experience for their customers. With the addition of Day to our enterprise portfolio, we will now be able to deliver on our vision of the web as the hub of customer interaction and help our customers create greater differentiation and brand loyalty.
