I am not able to update the latest version of CC2015. I have shut off my firewall and it still won’t update. Can you help.

Hello….I am a subscriber of Photoshop CC 2015. And my Photoshop CC 2015 is always updated.

My problem is that I purchased last September the “Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 Release CLASSROOM IN A BOOK” by Faulkner and Chavez. I understand that the book is also published by Adobe.

With the updating of Photoshop, which parts of the book have been modified? Thanks.

I have PhotoshopCC 2015.0.1 via the Cloud on two computers, one at home and one at work. I use the work copy more, so I’m always excited to see the updates. However, I’ve never been notified of the last two updates. As you can see, my version is older. When I check, it says I’m updated. Obviously, I’m not. How can I get the updates I pay for with my subscription?

  5. David Noone says:

I have the latest PS CC updates, running Windows, but oil paint is not an option in the filters. Just to be clear, it is not grayed out but is not there at all. Thanks for any help.
