We will be performing scheduled maintenance on parts of Creative Cloud on Friday night. The maintenance will begin at 8:00 PM PST on Friday, January 10th, and we anticipate it will take a couple of hours to complete.
During this time, all Creative Cloud services, functionality and desktop applications will be available, with the exception of the following:
- Members will not be able to update the billing information associated with their Creative Cloud account.
- Creative Cloud for teams members who purchased via Adobe.com will not be able to access their admin page.
In addition, new customers will not be able to sign up for new paid memberships, or redeem membership codes during the maintenance window.
Again, we expect the maintenance to have minimum to no impact on existing members.
