The industry’s gold-standard for inte­gra­tions that work across dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing tech­nolo­gies just got even bet­ter. Build­ing on feed­back from you, our val­ued cus­tomers and part­ners who com­prise the more than 1,300 active con­nec­tions into the dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing ecosys­tem, we have sig­nif­i­cantly improved the Adobe Gen­e­sis plat­form and are pleased to unveil today Adobe Gen­e­sis 3.0.

This new ver­sion of Gen­e­sis fea­tures a dra­mat­i­cally enhanced user inter­face for improved usabil­ity and cre­ates a des­ti­na­tion for dig­i­tal mar­keters to glean crit­i­cal insights about dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing per­for­mance across their organizations.

Here are a few key high­lights of what you will find in Adobe Gen­e­sis 3.0:

  • Improved infor­ma­tion dis­cov­er­abil­ity: We made it eas­ier for mar­ket­ing cam­paign man­agers to get a quick sum­mary of their dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing activ­i­ties with out-of-the-box reports and an auto­mated dash­board of mis­sion crit­i­cal data. No more dig­ging through Adobe Site­Cat­a­lyst (unless you want to) to get a high-level view of how var­i­ous cam­paigns are performing.

  • Sim­pli­fied con­fig­u­ra­tion: Admin­is­tra­tors have a more user-friendly envi­ron­ment for their Gen­e­sis set-up, con­fig­u­ra­tion and main­te­nance with drag-and-drop capa­bil­i­ties, set-up wiz­ards and drop-down menus for select­ing new seg­ments with just one click.

  • Greater trans­parency: Gen­e­sis 3.0 shows when data is trans­ferred, where there are errors and how events are per­form­ing, offer­ing cus­tomers real-time sta­tus mon­i­tor­ing and a look at what is hap­pen­ing behind the scenes so action can be taken quickly to resolve any­thing that goes awry.
  • Stream­lined sup­port: The new user inter­face promi­nently fea­tures con­tact infor­ma­tion for Adobe sup­port and the accred­ited Gen­e­sis part­ner. Plus, a Sup­port tab is now read­ily acces­si­ble with links to resources and FAQs for cus­tomers to under­stand more about their integrations.
