One of Australia’s largest finan­cial ser­vices brands, St.George Bank, is cre­at­ing excep­tional expe­ri­ences for its mobile cus­tomers, increas­ing over­all bank sales by 5 per­cent. With Adobe Ana­lyt­ics and Adobe Tar­get in Adobe Mar­ket­ing Cloud, St.George Bank is iden­ti­fy­ing new ser­vices and adding new capa­bil­i­ties and then test­ing its ideas to gain real-time insight into cus­tomer responses and needs.

Adobe Ana­lyt­ics enables us to trial ser­vices with a smaller invest­ment and learn faster,” says Travis Tyler, head of mobile at St. George Bank. “For exam­ple, when we intro­duced appli­ca­tion ser­vices on mobile, we tracked pur­chases dur­ing com­mute times. As it turned out, the appli­ca­tions weren’t doing well because cus­tomers had to restart the process if their con­nec­tion dropped dur­ing the com­mute.
