Well, hopefully you’ve seen our new optimization solutions by now — if not, you should definitely take a moment and check them out. They have been a major focus of mine these past several months (hence the limited blog posts) and now that we’ve launched them, I’m excited to get back into the swing of things!
To that end, I’ll be participating in two upcoming industry events and wanted to give you all the heads up.
First is the Shop.org Annual Summit in New York. The conference runs from October 10-12th, and I’ll be speaking on a panel on October 11th at 1:45pm. The panel is titled, “What Numbers Multi-Channel Retailers Look at on Monday Mornings”. It should be great — I’m co-presenting with one of our customers, Discovery Communications, and several other industry luminaries. Also, if you’re newer to eCommerce, I’ll also be leading two roundtables that offer a great forum for Q&A and best practices. I’ll be joined by one of our brightest retail customers, Christal Condon from Home Decor Products so be sure to stop by if you can.
Second is the eMetrics Summit in Washington. This conference runs from October 16-18th. I’ll be presenting the customer keynote on October 17th at 10am. My presentation is titled “Online Marketing Optimization: How to Take Action on Your Marketing Metrics” but I’m keeping the actual contents a bit of surprise — so if you have the chance to attend, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
