On August 20–23, Adobe will host the second annual Neolane Customer Forum 2013, at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf Hotel. The event will provide customers and partners with an intensive three-day immersion in best practices, strategies, and techniques designed to drive success through conversational marketing technology.
Boston is one of America’s oldest cities, with a rich economic and social history. What began as a homesteading community eventually evolved into a center for social and political change. Boston has since become the economic and cultural hub of New England. Attendees are also invited to participate in two networking nights, including a traditional Boston Clambake at the New England Aquarium and a night of rock ‘n roll at the Hard Rock Café.
At this year’s forum, customers, partners, and thought leaders will present sessions on a variety of timely topics. In addition to a number of product and customer-focused sessions, the event will also include keynote sessions by Adam Sarner, Vice President, Gartner, Inc. and Rob Brosnan, Principal Analyst, Forrester Research.
Some of the customer-led sessions include:
- “Creating Personal Experiences in the Age of Disruption,” by Sasha Norkin, NOOK Media/Barnes & Noble.
- “Philadelphia Flyers – Demand Generation to Lifetime Customer,” by Mark DiMaurizio, Comcast-Spectacor.
- “High Stakes Bet: How Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is Building Loyalty,” by Brian Gress, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
- “The Marketing Automation Journey is Worth the Reward,” by Stacie Spindler, EFI.
Following the event sessions, the forum will also feature a day and a half of free training as well as an Expert Panel for attendees. Functional and technical session topics will include workflow execution essentials, data management, targeting active customers, and more.
