On August 20–23, Adobe will host the sec­ond annual Neolane Cus­tomer Forum 2013, at the Boston Mar­riott Long Wharf Hotel. The event will pro­vide cus­tomers and part­ners with an inten­sive three-day immer­sion in best prac­tices, strate­gies, and tech­niques designed to drive suc­cess through con­ver­sa­tional mar­ket­ing technology.

Boston is one of America’s old­est cities, with a rich eco­nomic and social his­tory. What began as a home­steading com­mu­nity even­tu­ally evolved into a cen­ter for social and polit­i­cal change. Boston has since become the eco­nomic and cul­tural hub of New Eng­land. Atten­dees are also invited to par­tic­i­pate in two net­work­ing nights, includ­ing a tra­di­tional Boston Clam­bake at the New Eng­land Aquar­ium and a night of rock ‘n roll at the Hard Rock Café.

At this year’s forum, cus­tomers, part­ners, and thought lead­ers will present ses­sions on a vari­ety of timely top­ics. In addi­tion to a num­ber of prod­uct and customer-focused ses­sions, the event will also include keynote ses­sions by Adam Sarner, Vice Pres­i­dent, Gart­ner, Inc. and Rob Bros­nan, Prin­ci­pal Ana­lyst, For­rester Research.

  • Philadel­phia Fly­ers – Demand Gen­er­a­tion to Life­time Cus­tomer,” by Mark DiMau­r­izio, Comcast-Spectacor.
  • High Stakes Bet: How Cos­mopoli­tan of Las Vegas is Build­ing Loy­alty,” by Brian Gress, The Cos­mopoli­tan of Las Vegas.
  • The Mar­ket­ing Automa­tion Jour­ney is Worth the Reward,” by Sta­cie Spindler, EFI.

Fol­low­ing the event ses­sions, the forum will also fea­ture a day and a half of free train­ing as well as an Expert Panel for atten­dees. Func­tional and tech­ni­cal ses­sion top­ics will include work­flow exe­cu­tion essen­tials, data man­age­ment, tar­get­ing active cus­tomers, and more.
