Redbox uses Adobe Digital Marketing Suite to drive success through cross-channel, relationship marketing
Jayson Tipp, vice president of analytics and customer relationship management at Redbox, told us about how Redbox is using Adobe Digital Marketing Suite solutions to boost the effectiveness of its cross-channel marketing campaigns. The SVA gave Redbox deeper insight into customer behavior, which allowed the company to identify new ways to improve online revenues.
