Jayson Tipp, vice president of analytics and customer relationship management at Redbox, told us about how Redbox is using Adobe Digital Marketing Suite solutions to boost the effectiveness of its cross-channel marketing campaigns. Redbox worked with Adobe Consulting and the Industry Strategy Group at Adobe to complete an Adobe Strategic Value Assessment (SVA) for the leading kiosk-based movie and game rental company. The SVA gave Redbox deeper insight into customer behavior, which allowed the company to identify new ways to improve online revenues. Tipp says, “Adobe was able to provide both input about our business and industry best practices for more informed decision making. These insights identified the untapped potential of our website.”

Using a combination of Adobe solutions and direction from Adobe Consulting, Redbox successfully united its multichannel marketing strategies. Tipp comments, “When we reach across channels, including more effective website, mobile, and kiosk marketing, our goal is to drive customer engagement and create potential rental opportunities. Working with Adobe, we have the strategies and best-in-class solutions to make it happen.” With Adobe Digital Marketing Suite, Redbox streamlined website search to increase conversion and enhanced customer satisfaction by providing an optimized experience across devices.
