    Very exit­ing stuff. Social media mar­ket­ing is so very close to “word of mouth” adver­tis­ing and equally pow­er­ful. Some mar­keters have tried to apply the “word of mouth” tech­nique “on the ground” but why would you, when you have Face­book and the like, to do the work for you — much faster and effective.
