At Adobe we bid on thousands of keywords in Japanese and other foreign languages in our paid search programs. We do have a native Japanese speaker working on Japanese campaigns, but it is often helpful to have the English version of the keyword alongside the foreign language version. I don’t read Japanese, so having the keyword translation allows me to better share recommendations and support our Japanese search analyst.

Fortunately, there is a way to upload keyword translations into SearchCenter. In the video below, I demonstrate how to upload these translations using custom groups. Happy optimizing!
