Bom­bardier is the world’s only man­u­fac­turer of both planes and trains. Until now, its air­craft and rail trans­port busi­nesses have had largely sep­a­rate iden­ti­ties. To help unify its image as a leader in trans­porta­tion man­u­fac­tur­ing, Bom­bardier imple­mented Adobe Expe­ri­ence Man­ager, part of Adobe Mar­ket­ing Cloud. The Adobe solu­tion gives Bom­bardier the abil­ity to deliver dynamic web­sites with cen­tral­ized assets for a con­sis­tent brand.

Jean-Francois Deschênes, chief web offi­cer and direc­tor of human resource infor­ma­tion sys­tems at Bom­bardier, says, “We need to con­trol the over­all look and feel of the brand, but still give local man­agers the flex­i­bil­ity to adjust con­tent to fit their par­tic­u­lar mar­kets. Adobe Expe­ri­ence Man­ager com­bines the con­trol and per­son­al­iza­tion capa­bil­i­ties that we need to accom­plish our goals.”
