Day #1 AribaLIVE – Life is Good for Ariba Live Attendees
What a day. We announced that Ariba and Adobe EchoSign joined forces to condense contract cycle times and increase efficiencies for Ariba network of buyers and purchasers through the new Adobe EchoSign for Ariba Contract Management. Compared to manual, paper-based signature processes, EchoSign for Ariba Contract Management is much more efficient. In fact, it can help organizations cut contract execution time by as much as 80% or more. By cutting contract execution time, Ariba customers can reduce costs, increase efficiencies and productivity, and optimize cash flow. All important themes that were highlighted by Ariba executives during their keynotes at the event.
During day one of the conference, we met with Ariba product and sales teams, participated in several sessions, attended networking events and ended the night with an intimate dinner with key customers and prospects.
We are looking forward to the Adobe Session tomorrow, Wednesday afternoon 1:30 – 2:45 PM, where Conrad Smith, Senior Director Global Procurement for Adobe Systems will present a session “Complete Your Contract Cycles in Minutes, Not Weeks.” He shares his first-hand knowledge on how Adobe Procurement fundamentally improved its processes through the use of e‐signatures.
As day one comes to a close, we wanted to echo the inspirational insights from Life is Good CEO Bert Jacobs during his keynote speech on the main stage this morning. EchoSign is very appreciative to “get to” participate in AribaLIVE and we plan to make every moment here count. For more information about the good vibes Bert is spreading here in Vegas for AribaLIVE check out his bio.
We are definitely joining in the social conversations surrounding #AribaLIVE and starting a few of our own. From asking who has embraced truly paperless workflows to asking if anyone is in need of a fax machine funeral, EchoSign continues to engage with all of the show attendees in Las Vegas and following along virtually. Stay tuned for more and follow along @EchoSign and on Facebook
