By automating its contract and document signing process, JUST EAT has doubled the speed with which it connects new delivery restaurants with hungry web surfers. Using Adobe EchoSign for Salesforce, contract completion has been cut from six days to three days with e-signatures. And new customers are on a JUST EAT website the next day.
Using the dashboard tool in Salesforce, JUST EAT was able to monitor adoption and success of the solution, and learned that by streamlining the process they eliminated contract admin time and freed up their sales staff to engage with more restaurants.
“We have integrated Adobe EchoSign with our Salesforce CRM and Conga Merge. With one click, completed contracts are emailed simultaneously to the client, and sales administrators, who can start the process of listing the restaurant before the JUST EAT sales representative even returns to the office,” says Diogo Coutinho, international product manager. “We are exceeding our turnaround time for bringing on new restaurants.”

Processing rental agreements electronically has helped Direct Wonen cut its online contract signing cycle from 1.5 weeks to 1.5 days. By replacing its paper-based solution with Adobe EchoSign, the largest real estate company in the Netherlands can easily process 20,000 contracts yearly.
Besides getting renters into new homes faster, the Adobe solution helps Direct Wonen minimize business risk, save money on document storage, and even provide straightforward integration with the company’s proprietary CRM solution.
“We considered designing our own system to manage and implement electronic signatures, but Adobe EchoSign already had all of the features that we wanted with an API that made integration incredibly easy,” says functional designer Kevin Veenman.

We’re keeping some pretty good company on this list of 20 must-have tools for small businesses on Forbes.com, where EchoSign comes in at no. 2. The writer focuses on the way EchoSign can save dough for small businesses that don’t want to invest in all of the “stuff” required in the traditional signing process:
“Instead of throwing away hundreds of dollars on paper, printer ink, and a scanner, electronic signatures saves you time, money, and work, all while creating an effort to improve our ecosystem.”
Those are big pluses indeed, especially for small organizations that run lean. We’d also like to point out that some of the biggest gains are actually in productivity, which creates value for the business. (And makes workers a lot happier, we might add. Who wants to be a paper pusher?)
