With the advent of the Apache Jackrabbit Oak next generation content repository, performance and scalability have become more and more important. I hope you will join my session at adaptTo() on Tuesday, 24 September @ 11:45 to discuss and learn more.

This talk will highlight how to bring search scalability for Oak to the next level using Apache Solr, starting from last year’s first prototype until the latest developments and where it fits into the Oak stack.

Although it’s still a work in progress (see OAK-307), the current integration between Oak and Solr supports high scaling via the latest SolrCloud features, which allows for indexing and searching on dynamic Solr clusters.

This is going to be a great session and there are many more @ adaptTo() “13 — check it out and join the community.

I look forward to seeing you there.
