Online Computer Library Center Inc. (OCLC), a global community of libraries, archives, and museums, can deliver research, products, and services with even greater speed and efficiency now that it has implemented Adobe Experience Manager, part of Adobe Marketing Cloud, as its digital content management solution.
“We wanted to make it easy for our staff to quickly post their own content to audiences worldwide, rather than relying on IT to upload new information,” says Tim Schwab, executive director of the enterprise application division at OCLC. “We also wanted a Java-based solution, so we could integrate it with our existing systems and leverage our organization’s Java expertise.”
Now the OCLC can easily publish to 15 regional websites in eight languages. Adobe Analytics, also part of Adobe Marketing Cloud, allows OCLC better understand which content resonates with users and the paths they use to find it. http://adobe.ly/15mgcw7
