Adobe Beginner Classes Episode #10 is Live (and it’s CS4)

I wanted to get this out to my blogging readers and mention that I did a quick “Top 10″ After Effects feature on Adobe TV. I broke from my regular format because it was taking too much time and users like yourselves wanted to get some information on CS4…Who am I to argue with that? ;-)

So, take a look and let me know what you think. Enjoy…

Thanks for another tutorial Dennis!

On a separate note, I just installed Premiere CS4 and loaded up some AVCHD footage. It works like a dream! It chugs a little bit, but that’s to be expected as I don’t have the newest quad core with openGL card, etc. It does run at an acceptable speed, though.

The only stumbling block for me thus far was that support for several HD formats (including AVCHD) was not present utnil you entered a license key. It seems odd that it wouldn’t be fully functional in trial mode – especially when folks may want to see how the new features run before purchasing. Honestly, it tripped me up because I didn’t enter my key immediately and it was giving me errors about not supporting, etc.

Other than that, though, I’m super pleased so far!

Thanks for helping promote/train on such great products!
Brian

[DR – Brian, the reason for this is that we pay for those licenses and therefore cannot install them in the trial mode – its a bummer but certainly a necessary one.]
