A beta of the next version of Soundbooth is available on Adobe Labs.

Over the coming days and weeks we will be blogging here about the new features in this release. Our top feature request since the release of Soundbooth CS3 last summer has been multitrack support and I’m pleased to announce that we have included this in the new release. Now you can mix together multiple audio clips on any number of tracks giving you a new level of creative possibilities for the audio experiences in your audio/video and interactive projects.

Anyone can download and run the beta for up to 2 days. After that you can use any CS3 serial number to activate it. You can also checkout the review in MacWorld. http://www.macworld.com/article/133606/2008/05/soundboothcs4beta.html

“Tuesday’s release of the Soundbooth CS4 beta demonstrates that Adobe has its ears open to the needs of those who demand more from an audio editor.”
-Chris Breen, MacWorld

So please give the Soundbooth beta a spin and let us know what you think. We’re anxious to get your feedback here and on the beta forums.
