Volume Normalization in Soundbooth CS4 (Video Tutorial)

Over the 4th of July holiday I took the time to catch-up on some of my Adobe TV watching including the latest episode of "Short and Suite" by Jason Levine that covers using Soundbooth to correct volume problems. He talks about when to use normalization as well as showing how to use equalize volume and match volume which were added in Soundbooth CS4. You can watch this video using the Adobe Media Player or go directly to the AdobeTV site here:

You can also checkout previous episodes of "Short and Suite" that cover Soundbooth, as well as a whole series of episodes Jason did on Audition 3.0.

For more details on how equalize volume and match volume work you can checkout previous blog posts from Shawn and Sven here on Inside Sound. Simply click on the Soundbooth category on the right-hand side of this page.

Cheers,
Lawson
