Deeplink sanity
Deeplink sanity: A German court ruled against a company which protested links to articles on their inner pages. I'm still surprised there's so little mention in such articles about simply checking the document.referrer before serving a sensitive page... from all I've seen sites are already empowered to achieve what they wish, without having to delegate it out to a politicized police force. The issue of reuse of digital content is complex enough already, without making such simple things as linking more complex than necessary.
